Sponsored by the College of Education and Human Ecology Alumni Society Board of Governors. There is no fee to attend.

Cameron Stauffer is a senior culinary educator and registered dietitian with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She studied nutrition and dietetics at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio before completing her dietetic internship at Ohio State. She travels around the Central Ohio area with the James Mobile Education Kitchen team, providing culinary and nutrition education to the public. Cameron believes that the basis for good nutrition starts in the kitchen.
Michael Carnahan has been a certified culinary educator for the past 26 years at a Central Ohio vocational school. Michael studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. Michael spent most of his professional career in the culinary world right here in Columbus. Now, Michael is a senior culinary educator with the James Mobile Education Kitchen. Michael believes that good food doesn’t have to be complicated to be enjoyed by many.
