Master of Science in Human Nutrition: Specialization in Professional Studies
The Master of Science program in human nutrition is well-suited for those with a prior background in nutrition, dietetics, biological or social sciences, and many related fields. Students will advance their breadth and depth of knowledge in the field of nutrition and have the distinct opportunity to learn from internationally recognized faculty in the field of nutrition.

Degree Requirements
The Master of Science in Human Nutrition is a science-based program, so a solid base in scientific principles is required for admission. Only Biochemistry is strictly required for admission, and the rest of the courses on this list are strongly recommended for a competitive application.

- Organic chemistry lecture (Chemistry 2510 and 2520)
- Chemistry laboratory (Any chemistry laboratory course)
- Vertebrate physiology (EEOB 2520)
